I will begin seeing new patients with menopause and metabolic health concerns on September 22nd, 2025.
In the meantime, here is a little bit about myself:
I met Rachel in 2010, when we were office mates at my first nurse practitioner job in Ashburn, Virginia. Even then, it was clear she was focused on something that wasn’t taught in my training: hormone replacement therapy and the proactive optimization of women’s health. While I explored HRT briefly at the time, the timing just wasn’t right.
As I navigated my own perimenopausal symptoms, I reached out to Rachel again—this time not only as a friend, but as a woman seeking support. That experience reignited my interest in HRT and women’s health. I began to see the stark difference between how my mother’s generation experienced menopause and what’s possible now through personalized, evidence-based care.
Joining Rachel’s practice feels like coming full circle. I’m passionate about helping women thrive through midlife and beyond—because this is not our mother’s menopause; this is “Medicine 3.0”.
I can’t wait to see you and I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your wellness goals!
